O acesso a Pattaya pode ser feito de várias maneiras, seja por mar, via ferry, ou por terra, de ônibus. As viagens de ferry podem ser feitas para as ilhas vizinhas mencionadas acima. Já as viagens de ônibus são realizadas de e para Trat e Bangkok. O aeroporto mais próximo é o Aeroporto Internacional de Suvarnabhumi, que fica a cerca de 120 km de distância; após o desembarque, você pode pegar uma van ou uma limusine para Pattaya, ou pegar um ônibus até o centro de transporte e depois outro ônibus para o destino final.
