Why the Change?
This adjustment by AO NANG TRAVEL AND TOUR CO.,LTD. aims to enhance their operational efficiency and provide a better travel experience. Our role as a reservation platform is to keep you updated and assist in making your journey as smooth as possible.
Who is affected
Only the four ferry departures listed above are affected, and only on the dates covered by the notice. Other operators, other departure times and other transport types on the same corridors are not included in this change. If your booking is with a different operator, your original schedule applies.
For Travelers with Existing Reservations
If you have booked a ticket for the affected routes through our platform, please plan your itinerary to include the new departure pier and consider the free transfer service if needed. We advise updating your travel arrangements accordingly.
A later departure also means a later arrival, so review anything you have booked for the same day: onward boat or road connections, island pick-ups, and hotel check-in times. Where a connection is tight, moving it to the following day is usually the safest option.
